Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick put rumors of them splitting to rest as they hand in hand attended the “The American Plan” Broadway Opening Night yesterday (January 22). After the play, Parker said: “This is date night. It was really lovely.” SJP also, sort of, commented on the rumors that her marriage is on the rocks: “We don’t even bother to address them,” she told reporters, adding that the best part of being married is “being married.”

As for the news that a “Sex And The City” sequel is a done deal, Parker coyly told People Magazine, “that’s what I’ve heard but I wouldn’t say that is the most official thing you’ll ever read.”
