Reese Witherspoon Files For Divorce
Reese Witherspoon filed for divorce on Wednesay in LA Superior Court. After announcing their split last week, Witherspoon and estranged husband Ryan Phillippe’s separation has been pushed off the front pages by the news of the Britney and Kevin divorce, though Phillippe made a statement on Wednesday saying, “I’m not a perfect person.” In the divorce papers, Witherspoon is requesting joint custody of the couple’s two children, though asked that she be given physical custody and that Phillippe be given visitation rights. The Oscar-winner also requested that the court not grant spousal support to Phillippe.
