In the movie Alba plays a young math teacher helping troubled students. The actress is staying at a Manhattan apartment with her husband Cash Warren and their daughter Honor Marie.

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds married in a very private ceremony this weekend, Reynolds’s rep, Meredith O’Sullivan, has confirmed.
The couple were joined by close friends and family at a remote wilderness retreat outside of Vancouver, B.C.
Johansson, 23, and Reynolds, 31, began dating last year and announced their engagement in May.

She’s there!! Britney Spears got a massive applause as she took to the stage, just minutes ago, at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. Britney opened the show with a skit and proceeded to introduce Rihanna. She looks fantastic!

Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell, who completed Heath Ledger‘s final film role, have donated their pay to his two-year-old daughter, Matilda.
The generous actors were reportedly worried for Matilda‘s future, as Ledger left an old will which did not include his daughter.
The three played versions of Ledger‘s character, Tim, in fantasy epic The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s newborn twins, Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline, made their debut in the UK in Hello Magazine (In America it was People Magazine) and the 17-page spread is full of adorable, beautiful photos of the entire Jolie-Pitt family. Little Shiloh could not be any cuter!

These two little cuties now bring the Brangelina kids to a total of six. That’s a lot of little ones!
“It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time,” Jolie tells People Magazine exclusively of daily life at the Château Miraval in Provence, France, where the couple’s four older children – Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 – have been enjoying a summer of outdoor play (hide-and-seek is a favorite) on the château’s sprawling grounds.
Adds Pitt: “It’s still a cuckoo’s nest.”
“[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them,” says Jolie. “It’s sweet – they are little mommies.”

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere is branching in to the music business. Having wanted to release an album for a few years now, it finally seems to be happening for the young star. In her latest Candie’s advert, Hayden sings her debut single “Wake Up Call,” and now the entire music video has found its way onto the Internet. Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins yesterday in Nice, France.
“The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly,” Dr. Michael Sussmann told People.com Sunday. “Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well.”
Sussmann confirmed the Nice Matin newspaper report that Jolie gave birth to a boy, Knox Leon, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline, by Cesarean section on Saturday night. Knox weighed 5.03 lbs, and Vivienne 5 lbs.
“The mother and father are very, very happy,” Sussmann added.
