Nick Lachey and lady-love Vanessa Minnillo rang in the new year with a big (and rare) public smooch! The two love birds spent the night at MTV’s Times Square Studios, where Vanessa did her hosting duties, dropped the “F” bomb, and found the time to cuddle with Nick.
