
The 81st Academy Award Nominations have been revealed and they very much resemble the Golden Globe nominations, as predicted. Both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are nominated for “Lead Actor” and “Lead Actress” for their movies “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and “Changeling.” Kate Winslet is also nominated for “Lead Actress,” as expected, for her work in “The Reader.”
Anne Hathaway has been praised for her work in “Rachel Getting Married” which has also earned her a nomination for “Lead Actress.” The late Heath Ledger earned a nominated for “Best Supporting Actor” for his brilliant work in “The Dark Knight.”
