Despite looking thinner than ever, LeAnn Rimes insists she is “completely healthy.” The singer/actress defended her physique, which has changed dramatically since being with fiancee Eddie Cibrian, on her Twitter page responding to fans and writing “If people only saw how much I ate” and “I know how healthy I am, so really that’s all that matters.” She also joked “it’s a photo….see me IN PERSON. Maybe it’s time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL.”
