Private Practice actress Kate Walsh enjoyed a nice relaxing day in Malibu on Sunday (November 30) with some friends and family and their pooches. After stopping for some coffee at Starbucks, Walsh and her brother Joe and dogs Lucy and Rosie went for a walk on the beach. Despite the overcast weather they all sat down and relaxed for a while and let their dogs run about.

Fans of Grey’s Anatomy might be happy to know that Walsh will be returning in a few more episodes early next year. Nothing has been revealed about the details of the upcoming Private Practice/Grey’s Anatomy crossovers but this update is expected to intrigue devoted fans.

Ausiello reports that “It’ll take place over the course of three episodes [February 5, 12 and 19] and the only confirmed participant as of now is Kate Walsh.”
