Jessica Simpson performed at 99.9 Kiss Country’s 24th Annual Chili Cook-Off at CB Smith Park in Pembroke Pines, FL, on Sunday (January 25). Simpson, sporting high waisted jeans, two belts and a black top, sang her old hits “With You” and “Angel,” while also belting out some of her new songs off of her latest album “Do You Know.”
