Grey’s Anatomy stars Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight, who play Izzie Stevens and George O’Malley on the hit show, attended the 9th Annual Young Hollywood Awards held last night. The two, who are obviously close friends, arrived and walked the red carpet separately, but were seated together and spent the entire evening enjoying each others company. T.R. was a presenter and Katherine won the award for Superstar of Tomorrow.
