Rumors swirl in the blogosphere at the rate of a Cat 5 hurricane… but this one should be fun. Celeb and tv starlet Nicole Richie, daughter of Lionel Richie and erstwhile parter of Paris Hilton in ‘The Simple Life’, was reportedly seen holding hands recently with former fiance Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein at a romantic dinner in L.A., and are now speculated to be rekindling their romance.
The couple called off their engagement on December 7, but recently reunited for dinner at Il Sole, an intimate Italian restaurant, to spend some quiet time together.
A witness says, “They were seated outside on the patio and held hands across the table.”
Predictably, a representative for Goldstein says, “(The dinner) doesn’t mean they’re back together. The two remain friends.”
Richie reportedly has been looking for a place to build a nightclub, which was interesting considering DJ-AM has his own nightclub, LAX. This in reality set them up for a competitive business situation. Perhaps that’s why they split?
