Oh boy oh boy, some kids never learn! Little Miss I-Take-Rehab-Seriously was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunken driving. Lindsay, 21, also was subsequently searched in the police station and cocaine was found on her, says Santa Monica police Sgt. Robert Hernandez. Lindsay – who wears an alcohol detection anklet – was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license, said Hernandez. Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan’s blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08).

Santa Monica Police Department responded to a call of one 4×4 vehicle chasing another vehicle. Lohan was driving the white 4×4 doing the chasing. The person Lohan was allegedly chasing made the call to the police, but reportedly was unaware it was Lohan who was following her.

After Lohan failed a field sobriety test, she was arrested. However, the two men in Lohan’s car were not, according to Hernandez.

Lindsay later posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail at about 6:30 a.m.

She was crying and upset but cooperative during the arrest process, said Hernandez. He did not know the amount of cocaine found at the time.

Lindsay’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, of course had no comment.

If Paris Hilton deserved to go to jail for driving with a suspended license, Lindsay Lohan definitely deserves to go to jail!

Lindsay Lohan, who wisely canceled her 21st birthday bash at Pure in Las Vegas, celebrated the big day with friends and family at a small beachside residence in Malibu late Monday afternoon. Guests, casually dressed in summer beach attire, included Lohan’s younger brother Dakota, 11, sister Ali, 13, and love interest Calum Best, who munched on chips near the barbeque grill and chatted with a group of friends.

Lindsay Lohan is determined to get better this time around. Lindsay, who is currently at Promises rehab facility in Malibu, has canceled her 21st birthday bash at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas, because she wants to stay in rehab for longer. PURE confirmed the cancellation of the bash on Monday and it was thought the decision had been made because Lindsay would want to steer clear of temptation so soon after finishing her 30 days in rehab. But now a source has told the New York Post it’s because she won’t have actually left rehab by then: “She is staying in Promises for longer than a month. We don’t know how much longer because of her work schedule, but she is taking rehab very seriously this time and not messing around.”

I’m.in.shock. No seriously, it’s great to hear and I hope Lindsay comes out of this a happier and healthier person.

Lindsay Lohan stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman yesterday, where she was asked about Paris Hilton’s recent jail sentence. Lohan’s response was short and censored, saying that what Paris is going through right now is “terrible”. Lohan left it at that and refused to speak any further of it.

Later on in the show, Letterman asked Lindsay about her being late on the set of Georgia Rule, causing other actors and the crew to dislike her. She said “I was out too late a few of the times. I had a boyfriend. I was fighting with him, I was very immature. It was very irresponsible. And I understand that.”

Lindsay Lohan looked pretty at the premiere of her new movie Georgia Rule, in which she plays rebellious teenager Rachel who screams, swears, drinks and is uncontrollable. Must have been easy to play. I’m actually quite looking forward to seeing this movie, I have heard good things, despite Lohan being in it.

Lindsay Lohan actually looked quite cute and pretty at last night’s Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She didn’t appear high - yay!
