We see you, Nicole! Miss Richie went from being all over the place to nowhere to be seen. The tiny star has been doing a good job of not getting snapped by the paparazzi these last few weeks, ever since everyone started saying she was pregnant. However, one paparazzo got lucky (sorta) with this picture (left) of Nicole walking barefoot from her car to her dad Lionel Richie’s mansion in Bel Air. Nicole’s boyfriend Joel Madden was also spotted on the same day, going for a run in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Nicole Richie is definitely pregnant with Joel Madden’s child. I don’t know who their sources are, but TMZ and In Touch Magazine are both reporting that Richie and Madden are expecting and are also getting married this summer, pre-baby, of course.

Now is all of this happening because Nicole is trying to avoid time behind bars? She is currently facing DUI charges stemming from her arrest last December, when she was found driving the wrong way on a California highway. Richie’s trial is set for July 11. If convicted, she faces a minimum of five days in jail.

Richie’s rep did not return repeated calls for comment.

Nicole Richie is reportedly pregnant, and pretty happy about it — Rumors are going around that she may avoid going to jail, if there’s a little bun in the oven. Nicole is set to appear in court possibly this month for driving her car under the influence of painkillers and marijuana, but she believes her being pregnant might give her a better chance at staying out of jail — unlike best pal Paris Hilton. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted at Toranga Zoo in Sydney, Australia, earlier today. The two didn’t look too happy to see the paparazzi there and Nicole quickly grabbed her huge sunglasses to hide her face.

Hilary Duff Slams Joel & Nicole

Hilary Duff (inset) has slammed her ex boyfriend, Joel Madden, and his new girlfriend, Nicole Richie, who began dating shortly after Duff and Madden broke up. Duff’s new album, Dignity, is full of songs with lyrics directed towards Madden and his new skinny squeeze.

Some of the lyrics apparently go a little something like this: “Where’s your dignity? I think you lost it in the Hollywood Hills. Can’t buy respect but you can pick up that bill. Always with Mr. Right, but then you have a fight. Run into your friend’s ex, he’s happy to be your next. Tomorrow’s paper’s coming out so kiss him fast, watch the cameras flash.”

Duff, who dated Madden for two years, is also said to slate Richie on a track called ‘Gypsy Woman ‘ - branding ‘The Simple Life ‘ star “sick” and “shameless“. The lyrics read: “She lets you think that you found her first. That’s how she works her sick and twisted gypsy curse. Talks with a grin ’cause she’s got no shame. Enjoy the fame, bringing down the family name“.
