When Jessica Alba and her boyfriend Cash Warren are seen out together, it’s usually either at a fancy restaurant, of Jessica’s choice I presume, or at a basketball game, which I’m sure Cash was in charge of organizing. This time he brought his gorgeous girlfriend to the Los Angeles Lakers game yesterday, and they seemed to enjoy themselves, even Jessica.

It seems that every movie Jessica Alba, who is pictured above covering her face at LAX, stars in automatically bombs — even if it’s a good movie. Good Luck Chuck didn’t do well at all, but I thought it was hilarious and it was good to see Alba playing goofy and funny, because playing a serious superhero just isn’t what she’s best at, in my opinion. Alba’s new movie Awake, which I think looks pretty good from the trailer (apart from her acting) only grossed $6 million on its opening weekend. Despite this, Alba said is was great to play a normal character for once. “I really liked not having to play a superhero. I didn’t have to do any action scenes; I didn’t have to dance; I didn’t have to scuba dive.”

Jessica Alba and Dane Cook’s new comedy-flick Good Luck Chuck premiered in Los Angeles last night. Alba, who plays a clumsy but adorable love interest in the movie, says having to be clumsy on camera came easily for her, “It’s funny because some of the stuff I did in the movie I didn’t do on purpose. It just sort of happened because I’m a total and complete klutz. I always have to watch it, because when I’m feeling carefree, I bump into things.”

Jessica Alba attended some events at The 32nd Annual Toronto International Film Festival. The gorgeous actress was spotted around town where she was interviewed by ET (left) — look at that smile! Later that night, Alba, looking cute and classy, attended the premiere of “Bill” (right).

Jessica Alba didn’t do press at the 4th Annual Fashion Rocks, so no interesting quotes from her about anything, but she did show off her gel-hair look as she posed for photographers on the red carpet. Despite her hair being pulled back like that, which normally looks awful, Alba looks good, as always.

Jessica Alba and boyfriend of a couple of years Cash Warren are in love and they want you to know it! Despite everyone thinking they’d broken up late last month, Alba and Warren now seem more in love than ever. The two lovebirds had eyes only for each other at Le Pain Quotidien in Beverly Hills, where they enjoyed some lunch a few days ago. Alba, who usually looks pretty grumpy, giggled through lunch, showing Cash pictures on her cell phone, kissing his hand and sitting on his lap. Aww!

Although they had the whole gossip world convinced of their break-up last month, it seems that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are still together. The two were spotted taking a walk on the beach in Pacific Palisades on Wednesday, looking very much like a couple. Guys all over the world must be crushed!

Jessica Alba is currently shooting her upcoming horror movie The Eye in Vancouver, Canada, but managed to find the time to sit down with Entertainment Weekly to talk about her next project, comedy flick The Love Guru.
On what drew her to the project?
I mean, Mike Myers (director/writer). Are you kidding? He’s an amazing comedian. And oh my God, it would be an honor to work with him. The script is really funny: It’s about things having a soul. And there’s a Bollywood aspect to it.
What’s her character like?
She owns a hockey team that’s cursed in Toronto — they can’t win a game — and she basically gets the Love Guru to come in and help her star hockey player. She thinks he’s going through some emotional things and that’s why he isn’t playing well. On her family name is this curse, and she has a hard time dating men and a hard time with people, because everyone in Toronto is a huge hockey fan and they blame her family for ruining the game.

In every interview I read with Jessica Alba there is a quote about how she feels people only think of her as “a sexy girl” and about how she really wants to be “taken seriously as an actress.” Well, her next movie might be a step in the right direction. The Eye is a remake of the Hong Kong film “Jian Gui”, in which a woman receives an eye transplant that allows her to see into the supernatural world. And, to show real dedication to the movie, Alba spent six months learning how to play the violin — impressive!

Newly-single Jessica Alba went patio furniture shopping with a friend in West Hollywood on Sunday afternoon. Sources close to Alba say that “commitment issues” broke up her and Cash Warren. A friend of the couple tells the New York Daily News, “Cash wasn’t ready for marriage, and Jessica is. It’s simple as that. It’s kind of cold that the press is saying she was just finished with him, because it isn’t like that.” The friend added that attending Eva Longoria’s wedding finally pushed her, “Seeing Eva get married made Jessica wistful. That was the reason Jessica seemed to be in a terrible mood in Paris.”
