David Beckham makes an insane amount of money from just playing football (and from being injured) and yet he is still willing to lend his name to various brands. Photographed barechested, David poses with just a Motorola RAZR2 phone hanging around his neck. As for rumors David and wife Victoria are set to appear on an episode of Desperate Housewives, it is not true. DH actress Eva Longoria laughed off the rumors telling Extra, “She (Victoria) was laughing. David had a good laugh out of it. They’re not coming on the show.”

David and Victoria Beckham were shot by Terry Richardson, infamous for his semi-pornographic pictures, to promote their scent ‘Intimately Beckham Night’. In an interview for The Mail on Sunday’s You magazine, David, 32, said: ‘Not many people see this side of us and I think that’s what’s great about having a fragrance like this. It’s a way of us showing our dark side.’ Touching and cooing at each other, the Beckhams insisted the fragrance was a joint effort. Victoria, 33, said: ‘I would go to the factory in Barcelona and work with the perfumers. David loved it because he got all these little sample bottles.’ The LA Galaxy star confirmed: ‘I did.’ Victoria added: ‘David and me, we are very intimate.’

Things are not going so well for David Beckham in La La Land. David, who previously nursed an injured ankle, won’t be able to play for his new team for six weeks due to a sprained ligament in his knee. Poor David got the bad news after he underwent an MRI exam and was evaluated by the Galaxy’s team physician and he now begins rehab on the knee. Beckham wrote on his official blog, “I’m incredibly disappointed to be injured again so soon after returning to play for the Galaxy.”

This morning, on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, David said that things on the home front are going well and that his kids and wife have really settled down in their new home. Regarding his injury, Beckham said, “Obviously, I’ll be working at trying to get myself fit and trying to get myself better, and hopefully be able to maybe play before the end of the season, but the doctors are not that sure about it. It’s disappointing and frustrating at the moment.”

Beckham can still do certain activities however, him and Posh want to expand their family; “At some point we will. We were speaking about it the other day,” Beckham told Ryan. “We both want four or five kids and a big family.”

David Beckham finally made his debut for LA Galaxy last night. 47,000 crammed Washington, D.C.’s RFK stadium and cheered wildly when they realized David was finally taking to the field.

The huge display of approval “puts into perspective all the frustration I’ve had since I arrived at the Galaxy of not being able to train with the players, stepping out and seeing the reaction,” Beckham told reporters at a post-game press conference.

“It’s a big step forward for me tonight, getting 20 minutes. I was happy with that,” Beckham told reporters. Still, his efforts weren’t enough – D.C. United beat Galaxy, 1-0.

Katie Holmes, wife Victoria Beckham and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria were all there to support David Beckham as he played his first match for LA Galaxy. David played for a mere 16 minutes and 19 seconds, touching the ball only 12 times and suffering a painful blow to that troublesome ankle, but that was enough to send the 27,000-strong crowd into raptures - and earn him another $2million.

These two could be Hollywood’s golden couple in about 20 years from now — Victoria and David’s son Brooklyn and Suri share a joke.

David and Victoria Beckham have now landed in America. The hot couple was met at LAX by an incredible amount of paparazzi, who had camped out for hours, waiting for David and Victoria to arrive at their home.

David and Victoria Beckham have left London and are on a plane right now on their way to Los Angeles — their new home. The ridiculously handsome couple and their kids were met at Heathrow airport by a throng of paparazzi who wished them good luck.

Buh-bye, the paparazzi will miss you.

David and Victoria Beckham posed for an extraordinary set of sexually charged photos, for W magazine, prior to their arrival in LA (tomorrow). “I think people are really going to see me for the first time. I think they have this impression that I’m the miserable cow who doesn’t smile,” Victoria says. “But I’m actually quite the opposite. I’m going to try and smile more for America.”

Aside from the revealing photos, the couple revealed that they “like to lock the doors at night and wander around naked.”
