Ashlee Simpson, who changes boyfriend as often as Britney Spears gets drunk, was strangely enough without a Valentine on Wednesday night. The younger Simpson sister went out to dinner with some friends and most probably toasted to being “single and fabulous” — I miss Sex and the City! *sniff*
