A new love scandal got media’s attention after teenage star Lindsay Lohan claimed that Ashlee Simpson stole her ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Vanderrama.
In return Simpson insists that the rumor is not true and there is no rift between them.
She said to OK! Magazine about Lohan: “She’s a sweet girl. But we’re obviously not best friends. I don’t see her all the time, but when we do see each other we always say hi.”
However Simpson’s new single “Boyfriend” sounds extremely suspicios and sources claim that the single is about Lohan and the stolen boyfriend.
Ashlee defends saying: “It’s just a song about every girl who has gone through a situation where somebody thinks you took their boyfriend - and I didn’t steal her boyfriend! I dated her ex when I was 17, before she dated him.”
