Sienna Miller Speaks About Jude Law

Sienna Miller went through the wringer – very publicly – in 2005 when her then-fiancé Jude Law admitted he’d had an affair – but she says she’s learned from the experience.

“What makes me sad [is] that there was a loss of innocence on my part,” the Factory Girl star, 25, tells Life in its new issue. “I was blinded by being a romantic person. I sort of feel like, ‘What if I never love that vulnerably and that openly again?’ But I feel like I’m really strong. I feel like I grew up.”

She can also keep the whole thing in perspective. “People have made such a huge deal of it,” she says. “But every single woman I know has experienced the same thing – just not publicly. People would say ‘Poor her.’ But it wasn’t the first time it’s happened to me – and it won’t be the last, I’m sure. Human nature is such that monogamy is a really hard thing to achieve.”

Still, she is looking forward to getting married and having kids. “I can’t wait,” she says. “In a world where you’re encouraged to have your universe revolve around yourself, suddenly it doesn’t. I know I want that because I have way too much love to give. If I have a child, it can all go there. Life, I think, will suddenly make sense.”

When it comes to potential husbands, she’s been linked recently to actor Josh Hartnett – although she tells PEOPLE, “He’s a friend. A male friend.”

Future suitors can take note: Miller’s idea of a perfect date, she tells Life, is “a little restaurant where you don’t order, the chef just brings out whatever they’ve got. Then maybe go see some music. Or go dancing. I’ve yet to have it, so I guess I’ll let you know.”

Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo Set to Marry in April?

Rumor has it that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are planning an April wedding, although, that report is coming from The National Enquirer, so I’m not so sure. The two lovebirds (pictured above looking oh so happy at a Knicks game in NYC yesterday) have been telling friends and family to “keep April free”. A source says “”They’re moving forward with plans for an April wedding. Since they both love Baja in Mexico it will probably happen south of the border, where they first fell in love.

“When he married Jessica, Nick had a big splashy Texas wedding with all the trimmings. It kicked off their highly rated MTV reality series ‘Newlyweds’ and began their life in a fishbowl. This time he wants something a lot simpler, so they decided on a low-key affair.”

The source added: “Nick’s known for a long time that Vanessa is the one. At first she held out. But in time she began to realise Nick was the key to her happiness and couldn’t imagine like without him.

“Vanessa feels she’s got Nick just where she wants him. Jessica is finally out of the picture for good. And now the two of them are ready to begin making a new life together.”

Gwen Stefani’s Weight Obsession

New mother Gwen Stefani has revealed the extraordinary lengths to which she went in order to shed her baby weight.

The singer kept up her grueling exercise regime until two weeks before the birth of son Kingston.

And she regained her pre-pregnancy figure in just three months with the help of a personal trainer. Stefani, 37, told Elle magazine: “I worked out with my trainer throughout the whole pregnancy until about two weeks before.

“I cried during my last session. I was like, ‘I can’t breathe, I can’t do this any more. What am I doing?’ It was crazy. All of my life I’ve had to work hard to stay in shape. I’ve always struggled with it.

“I was a little chubby when I was younger and I didn’t want to be that person forever. I’m extremely vain - I like wearing cute clothes.”

Kingston, her son by husband Gavin Rossdale, is now eight months old. Stefani said of her mission to get thin again: “There aren’t any tricks, it’s simple maths - you put this much food in, you burn that much working out.

“I gave myself three months - but if I didn’t have an album coming out, there’s no way I would have got back into shape in that time. I worked out with my trainer five days a week, with weekends off. I would really recommend doing weights.”

The former No Doubt star said the size zero trend “sucks”. But she admitted to an obsession with her weight.

“Clearly, I spend time thinking about it and it’s something I’ve had to deal with in my life. As I get older I try not to focus on it. It’s boring, it’s a waste of life. What I have learned is that whether I’m fatter or thinner, people seem not to mind, they like me either way. It’s more in your own mind than anyone else’s.”

Rachel McAdams To Star in Batman Sequel

Rachel McAdams is reportedly favored to replace Katie Holmes in The Dark Knight, the sequel to Batman Begins. As reported earlier this week, Holmes passed up on the role due to “scheduling conflicts,” and McAdams is said to be in negotiations to join Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Heath Ledger, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman in the film.

Lindsay Lohan Angers Fellow Alcoholics

Lindsay Lohan’s arrival at the Wonderland rehab clinic has driven fellow residents out of the facility.

The Mean Girls star is believed to have been given special privileges - including being able to leave the clinic - and this has forced staff to allow Lindsay’s fellow residents the same leniency.

A former resident - who recently checked out early from Wonderland - told gossip website TMZ: “I left early because of Lindsay Lohan. Since she started getting special treatment, so has everybody else.

“Wonderland has become a joke. While I’m trying to save my life, she’s trying to save her face.”

The 20-year-old actress checked herself into the Wonderland Center, in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon, on January 17 to be treated for alcoholism, following an all-night drinking binge at the Golden Globes (15.01.07).

Since checking into Wonderland, Lindsay has taken calls from journalists on her mobile phone, been allowed out to film her latest movie I Know Who Killed Me and shopped on Rodeo Drive.
