Kate Hudson’s Bikini Audition

Kate Hudson says Owen Wilson made her model bikinis for him on the set of ‘You Me and Dupree’.

The 27-year-old actress has revealed her co-star - who she has been romantically linked to since splitting from her rocker husband Chris Robinson - loved shooting a raunchy dream sequence with her, because he got to help pick out some swimwear for her to wear.

She told Cosmopolitan magazine: “Owen and the directors came out and we were trying to pick out the bikini for the scene and they made me put on the same one a hundred times.

“One time Owen goes, ‘I like that one - turn around!’ And I was like, ‘No, no, no!’

“It was really funny. It was all in good humour. Some of the bikinis I tried on were super-trashy, well, most of them were, but we all decided that the black crochet one was the way to go.”

Kate has also confessed she starved herself before the scene in order to look her best.

She added: “The night before I did stop eating at 7.30pm. I remember I was starving at 9pm, thinking, ‘Maybe I’ll have a hot chocolate…’ I love eating at night.”

Timberlake Meets With Jailed Murderer

Justin Timberlake met recently with a convicted murderer because his director wanted him to meet the man he is to play in an upcoming film.

Teen Hollywood reported that director Nick Cassavetes, who is directing the movie “Alpha Dog,” insisted that Timberlake meet the jailed killer who is known to be responsible for a 2000 kidnap and murder.

Timberlake described the convict as a normal guy who just made a bad decision.

“Nick and I traveled to upstate California and I sat down with him at the prison and spoke to him for a couple of hours,” Timberlake said.

“He was a person who was very misunderstood and very remorseful, but you get one life to do things right and he didn’t.”

Jake’s Brokeback Mountain Hat on eBay

The brown cowboy hat worn by Jake Gyllenhaal in the Academy Award nominated film ‘Brokeback Mountain’ is now for sale on ebay.

The hat comes with a certificate of authenticity. At time of writing, the bidding for it on the auction website has reached US $10,100 (NZ$14,636).

Proceeds from the sale will go to Variety Children’s Charity, who assist addicted, abused, neglected and physically-challenged children in Southern California.

The charity has previously benefited from similarly auctioned items including shirts from Brokeback Mountain, tickets to the final of American Idol, and the car from the movie ‘Herbie Fully Loaded’.

The auction will close on Monday.

Enrique Iglesias and his ladylove Anna Kournikova, are leading a contingent of jet-setters to Israel to help billionaire Arcadi Gaydamak celebrate Hanukkah, for a million dollars.

The singer and his Russian beauty, who was once a top-10 tennis player, need 30 luxury hotel rooms for their entourage, and they’ve already requested that mineral water and freshly squeezed orange juice be placed in their own room at 7 a.m., Israel’s Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reports.

Ukrainian-born Gaydamak made his fortune in import/export in France, but fled in 2000 when an arrest warrant was issued charging him with tax evasion and selling arms to Angola.

To avoid extradition, he has been cultivating goodwill by giving large sums to Israeli charities.

On Dec. 21, on the eve of the lighting of the seventh Hanukkah candle, 1,000 guests - including Benjamin Netanyahu - are expected at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv to hear Iglesias sing.

TMZ - I Totally Agree!

A 17-year-old boy has already died in an SUV driven by a celebrity. Someone else is going to die, and it will happen sooner rather than later.

Nicole Richie’s loved ones could easily have been planning her funeral today — likewise the loved ones of the people driving the right way on the 134 Freeway early Monday morning.

Lane Garrison must be scratching his head today. Why, he must be asking, did he have such bad luck? The fact is, the differentiating factor that makes Garrison a killer and Richie a DUI’er is luck. That’s it.

I’m not trying to preach, and I will readily admit that TMZ has prospered off the antics of a group of young celebrities. When Brandon Davis went on his “firecrotch” rant against Lindsay, it was endlessly entertaining. When Paris got in fender-benders, it was so TMZ. And when Britney spread her legs for all the world to see, well it was Internet gold.

But the line has been crossed. The dark side of Hollywood has been revealed in the last month. And really, it’s no surprise. There are a lot of young celebs who got really rich and very famous way too soon. The people who surround them are not used to saying “no.” These celebs have gotten away with a lot — mostly small stuff — for a long time. And each time you get away with something you shouldn’t, you get bolder the next time.

These celebs, for the most part, have no compass to guide them. Look at Lindsay Lohan. Her dad used the revolving door at his local jail while her mom was at war with him when she wasn’t out partying. Lohan really didn’t stand a chance, and it’s sad.

So who will save the day and save these kids from disaster? In this town, saviors are awfully hard to come by.

Aguilera Shops for Britney’s Boys

Christina Aguilera has grown so fond of 15-month-old Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James, that she has been Christmas shopping for them.

The one-time rivals have buried the hatchet, as Christina called Nina Takesh, co-owner of hip Los Angeles baby boutique ‘Petit Tresor,’ to order presents for the two boys, reports The Bosh.

According to US People magazine Christina told Takesh: “I want to give them something adorable for the colder weather”.

The ‘Beautiful’ singer, 25, - who is currently on tour in Europe - chose two blue cashmere schoolboy sweaters for 129 dollars each.

Earlier this month, Hilton had admitted to have developed a special liking for the two tots, insisting she can’t wait to play with her own after playing “auntie” to Sean and Jayden.

Miller says Law drove her to therapy

Actress Sienna Miller was so hurt by her ex-fiance Jude Law cheating on her that she had to consult a therapist.

Miller called off her engagement when she found out that Law was having an affair with his children’s nanny. They tried to reconcile but split up for good last month.

In an interview with American magazine W, she confesses that she was forced to undergo therapy due to the pressures of the relationship.

“There were times when I felt it was all just too much,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

The therapy lasted just one session when the doctor asked her just one difficult question and Miller realised that she was not ready for treatment because she was still traumatised.
