Kate Hudson Loves Pole-Dancing

Kate Hudson has urged every woman to try pole-dancing – because it’s great for your self-esteem.

It is no secret the ‘You, Me and Dupree’ actress has been taking lessons in the raunchy dance, and she has now proclaimed it as one of the best activities in the world.

She told Cosmopolitan magazine: “Every woman when they take this class, and they should, realizes pole-dancing is one of those things you don’t know you’re capable of until you try.

“You go with a bunch of girls and have the best time. Every person who has ever taken the class walks out with their hair bouncing, gets in their car, puts on music and is like, ‘Wow! I love life!’”

Kate, who split from her Black Crowes rocker husband Chris Robinson this year, insists she has now developed muscles in places she didn’t know she had from regularly gyrating on a pole.

She added: “You can get obsessed with it. Personally, I’ve never been stronger from doing all these tricks. Now, I can climb a pole without using my feet!”

Miserable Mischa

Mischa Barton is a very unhappy person these days, for it seems that after her character on the hit TV show ‘The OC’ was killed off at the end of last season, she has been dealing with a spot of depression.

A source revealed that the actress felt as if her career had been spiraling downhill ever since she decided to walk away from the show.

“Mischa is miserable since she left ‘the O.C.’ She feels like her life is over and everything is going downhill…She acts like she has nothing to live for,” the Bosh quoted the source, as saying.

The source also said that her bad mood was souring her relationship with musician Cisco Adler. Barton has reportedly pestered her boyfriend for a commitment, and threatened to walk out of the relationship if he did not give her a ring.

However, the only ring that Adler presented her with was a promise ring, as he was not ready to get engaged.

“Later she became hyper emotional and started acting crazy again, when Adler asked for some time off she threatened to kill herself and their dog. These threats made him to pretend to work out things and would not let her down. He’s hoping she’ll come to her senses and won’t do anything violent or vindictive. But he wants out,” the source said.

The couple has been plagued by rumors of a split, especially as they have not been photographed together for a long time now.

Reese Witherspoon Moving Down South

Reese Witherspoon has fled Hollywood and moved back home to Charleston, South Carolina, with her two children.
Witherspoon announced she was separating from husband Ryan Phillippe in October, after seven years of marriage.

The couple have two children, Ava Elizabeth, 7, and Deacon, 3.

According to New York Post columnist Liz Smith, the star was thoroughly disgusted with both marriage and her life in Hollywood and wanted to return to her Southern roots.

Witherspoon moved back to Charleston to be closer to her family and has enrolled both of her children in local public schools.

The Walk the Line star recently claimed she was coping with life after the split, saying, “I’m doing fine. I’m getting out a little more now. You’ll be seeing a lot more of me.”
