It hasn’t been a good few months for Britney. People are constantly on her back about her parenting skills and that must be heartbreaking. Imagine being called a bad mum? ouch!

Spears is seen here leaving a New York hotel holding a glass and carrying 8 month old Sean Preston. Britney trips and nearly drops Sean on the head, luckily Brit’s bodyguard was quick to react and gave her a helping hand. Spears then said “this is why I need a gun”, blaming the paparazzi for her tripping? Yeah - ok! Brit drove off with her baby and friend, Jen Webster, to a nearby restaurant. The paparazzi followed her and got pictures of Britney crying. She was obviously still shaken up about the whole thing. Spears then decided she didn’t want her food after all and left the restaurant.

But don’t worry, it’s just for a promo for the MTV Movie Awards, which Alba is hosting in June.

Kate Bosworth is gorgeous, when she wants to be. She’s got a face as cute as a button, a fit bod (although a little too skinny for my taste) and most of the time she has an accessory that most girls would die for, Orlando Bloom. So why can’t this girl put on a flattering outfit that goes with all the rest? She is always wearing something that makes her look like a homeless person (no offense to homeless people).

Jessica Simpson – sporting long extensions – goes it alone Wednesday while leaving a Hollywood movie theater. The singer’s best pal, CaCee Cobb, recently resigned as her assistant to pursue behind-the-scenes work in the entertainment industry, PEOPLE reports.

Britney Spears – who is pregnant with her second child – does some high-end shopping in New York on Wednesday, hitting Ralph Lauren and a Fifth Avenue luggage store before heading over to the Lucky magazine gift lounge at the Ritz Carlton, where she snatched up some Lia Sofia jewelry and clothes from LaROK.

After upsetting Heather Locklear terribly by hooking up with her ex-best friend, Denise Richards, Richie showed his true feelings by ending the romance.
Denise is devastated by the cover story development. According to a pal, the former Bond girl was “heavy-hearted and very anxious” when her new boyfriend suddenly stopped calling and e-mailing her.

What’s more, he still cares deeply for Heather. Right up until the moment he and Denise, 30, were spotted kissing on April 19, Richie, 46, had been trying to win his wife back. “He sent Heather flowers and a crystal-heart necklace,” says an insider. Then, during a recent date, Richie told Denise that Heather was the love of his life.

“Richie’s regretting the fact that the relationship is so public,” says a pal.

Richie became concerned about the effect it might have on (his eight-year-old daughter) Ava. “He doesn’t want anything to get in the way of his relationship with his daughter,” the friend says. “He’s very protective of her.”

The stress is getting to Denise & she’s even hired more security

“Denise never expected her romance would make her look like a home wrecker,” a pal says. She’s even a social outcast in her neighborhood, where former friends cross the street to avoid talking to her, a witness says.

Denise rarely leaves her Westlake Village home without a bulky bodyguard in tow. Denise is not only “living in fear” of Charlie, she’s received threats from Richie’s and Heather’s fans, a pal says. “She feels she’s being portrayed as the villain and could be attacked.”
